Mission

Sno Yoga introduces the effective work of Mindfulness & Yoga. This is our approach to successful healing and education. Our youth & teens receive a blissful, non-judgmental way of teaching surrounded by a positive & safe environment. Mindfulness & Yoga specializes in the cultivation of young individuals creativity, train of thought process & successful experiences. It is our goal to provide continuous education and teachings that will assist our youth throughout their life into adulthood. We believe that mindfulness should be part of each child's curriculum to inspire a young individuals creativity, compassion, breath & spirit.

Sno Yoga Class Description

Class Description

Mini Sno
3-4 years old, 30 minutes


A blissful mini class centered on play, creativity, and feeling connected to your body. It is recommended that toddlers receive thirty minutes of structured physical activity. Allow Sno Yoga to provide your child an intensely fun time while improving their listening skills, gross & fine motor skills, & increase self expression.


Mini Sno is all about giggling, dancing, singing, playing, and being very silly!



Sno Flakes
5 - 7 years old, 45 minutes


Get ready to create imaginary worlds and characters in this fun and action filled 45 minute class. We will go on adventures around the world using props, animals and the use of our imagination. The class will be filled with mindfulness, yoga games, imagery, guided relaxation, illustrating mandalas, and much more.


Have you ever taken a ride on a magic carpet or gone exploring in the ocean?

Come join us as we take adventures as a starfish, a princess or a pirate while discovering the hidden treasures of our world.


Sno Kids
8 - 10 years old, 60 minutes


Cultivating a positive image of our selves as risk takers, thinkers, open minded, and balanced is important at this age. We will be focusing on how having a yoga practice that can benefit their lives. We will create a dynamic class with more challenging poses and games where each child will feel successful and happy with themselves.

Do you want to learn how to balance on your head, create new yoga poses and work with partners? Our classes will include reading folktales, learning about different cultures, creating obstacle courses and expressing ourselves through music and yoga poses.


Sno Be (tween)
11 - 13 years old, 60 minutes


In this class we empower our youth by providing them a space where they can express their individuality and developing their inner awareness with a smile and lots of silliness. There is more emphasis on technique and accuracy as well as understanding the benefits of the practice. It will help them develop their self-esteem and build confidence in their capabilities. We encourage them to trust themselves as well as their friends through partner work, inverted and balancing poses and even acrobatics!

Get ready to fly, trust others to help us get into and out of a pose laugh and practice yoga as a community.

Sno Teens
14 - 18 years old, 60 minutes


This class is based on respect. We will discuss and work on respecting our selves and treating ourselves with love and kindness. There will be an emphasis on techniques for relaxation, how to give and receive positive feedback, and challenge them selves and their thinking through partner work and acrobatics, and learning basic Thai massage. This is a class also centered on community and the sacredness of creating a safe collaborative environment where one can learn to have fun and quiet their already busy minds.

Take a break from the stress and commitment of school and come for an hour to enjoy the benefits of yoga through guided imagery, relaxation techniques, massage, challenging yoga poses and fun collaborative partner balances.
